Return Policy

We’re here to help, so if you change your mind or your order isn’t quite right for some reason, it can come back to us within 30 days from the delivery date. Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll give you a full refund minus (1) the cost of the return shipping label, which we will provide at our low shipping rates, and (2) a $10 restocking fee (if the product has been opened or used). To help your return go as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the Contact Us form or email contact@slumberpod.com to let us know to expect your return. Please include your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order along with details that will help us know why the item didn’t work out for you.

  2. We will arrange the return for you and will send you a return label to attach to the package and take to your post office or UPS (we compare both options and choose the least expensive). Please let us know the zip code where you will drop off the package. In this case, the amount of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. (Please return SlumberPod in the original shipping box or similar size box if using our shipping label -- as the shipping cost is based on the dimensions of the original shipping box. NOTE: Returns in larger boxes will be subject to additional fees deducted from your refund.)

  3. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, and in the original packaging. (See “Damages” below for the return of damaged items.) Please return SlumberPod in the original shipping box or similar size box when using our shipping label or your refund may be subject to additional fees. 

  4. Your refund minus (1) the cost of the return shipping label, which we will provide at our low shipping rates, and (2) a $10 restocking fee (if the product has been opened or used) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on your credit card account.

  5. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item along with verification of the refund being processed. 

What if my order is damaged upon receipt?

If you received a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. Please email contact@slumberpod.com with a photo of the damage along with your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order. Depending on the damage, you may receive replacement parts or a full replacement. We will walk you through the process and what to expect upon receipt of your email.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty

Satisfaction Guarantee

SlumberPod proudly stands behind its products, and we want you and your family to be completely happy with your purchase. For that reason, we provide a satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund (minus the cost of the return shipping label, which we will provide at our low shipping rates, and less a $10 restocking fee if it has been opened or used) within 30 days of the delivery date. This satisfaction guarantee requires proof of purchase from https://www.slumberpod.com/. Returned items must be in “like new” condition, and in the original packaging. Purchases from third-party retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase.

SlumberPod Limited Warranty

Products covered by this Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers the fabric and poles used to create SlumberPod and SlumberPod HomeBase from defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty is provided by Slumberpod LLC. SlumberPod and SlumberPod HomeBase are designed to be used indoors only in a well-ventilated and climate-controlled environment. This Warranty does not cover your SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended function, design, and operating instructions. Certain exclusions apply and are described further in this Limited Warranty.

Who this Limited Warranty applies to

This Limited Warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase who purchased such product directly from www.slumberpod.com. This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable. This Limited Warranty is not applicable for commercial or rental use of the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase. If purchased through a retailer or website other than www.slumberpod.com, please reach out directly to such retailer for their warranty and return policies. This warranty does not apply to Open Box or SlumberPod MisFits. All claims made under this Limited Warranty must include proof of purchase.

SlumberPod’s Limited Warranty and Responsibilities

SlumberPod warrants that for the first 30-days from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”) any SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase in its original packaging sold to you, will be free from defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”), as long as SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase is used in a manner consistent with the intended function, design, and operating instructions as described above.

SlumberPod’s responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement as set forth in this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.

Standard shipping costs for warrantied replacement parts are included as part of this Limited Warranty.

What this Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers the following defects (“Defects”):

  • Seam or fabric tears
  • Bent poles
  • Zippers that malfunction     

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Any SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase sold by resellers or third-parties
  • Costs of return shipping
  • Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear caused by ordinary use
  • Damage during shipping
  • A normal stray thread or similar cosmetic issue that can be removed without damaging the product and which does not affect the function or overall aesthetics of the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase
  • Labor costs and expenses associated with “customer instruction” or troubleshooting and the repair or shipping of the product where no manufacturing defect is found
  • Theft or loss of product
  • Damage to the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase caused by improper installation, misapplication, negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions (e.g., cleaning/washing), abuse, negligent handling, damage due to mishandling in transit, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, stains, mold, snapped poles, etc.
  • Any SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase sold “as-is,” “returned,” “previously owned,” “open-box, or any similar wording indicating that the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase is not “new” or of “standard quality,” or has been previously purchased or used by another owner
  • Failures caused by any external cause or act of God, including but not limited to, collision, theft, vandalism, riot, war, fire, freezing, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, debris flow, tornado, or hurricane
  • Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defective part(s)

In the event of a Defect during the 30-day Limited Warranty Period, SlumberPod LLC’s sole and exclusive liability will be to repair or replace such products (or the defective part) with products, parts, and components that are similar to the defective product and of equal value, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below. Replacements are subject to availability and may be provided in a color different from those originally purchased. For limited/special edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock SlumberPod products covered by this Limited Warranty, SlumberPod guarantees a replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee an exact replacement of the same item purchased.

Your Responsibilities: How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

In order to be eligible for this Limited Warranty, you must complete all steps of filing a warranty claim through SlumberPod’s customer support team and provide SlumberPod with proof of the original date of purchase and your Order Number. You must submit evidence of the defect with photo/video(s) and any claims must be sent to contact@slumberpod.com.

Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE and any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY otherwise applicable to the SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase. There are no warranties extended other than as provided herein. This Limited Warranty may be modified only by Slumberpod LLC.

THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES HEREIN. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. SlumberPod Fan Limited Warranty

Products covered by this Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers the SlumberPod Fan, electrical plug, and cord sold by Slumberpod LLC. SlumberPod Fan is designed to be used with SlumberPod indoors only in a well-ventilated and climate-controlled environment. This Limited Warranty does not cover your SlumberPod Fan if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended function and design. Certain exclusions apply and are described further in this Limited Warranty.

Who this Limited Warranty applies to

  • Damage outside of the United States or Canada resulting from the use of non-120 V 60 Hz electricity supplies
  • Labor costs and expenses associated with “customer instruction” or troubleshooting and the repair or shipping of the product where no manufacturing defect is found
  • Theft or loss of product
  • Damage to the SlumberPod Fan caused by improper installation, misapplication, negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instruction, abuse, negligent handling, damage due to mishandling in transit, including but not limited to: liquid exposure, broken blades, damaged plastic, exposed wiring on cords, etc.
  • Any SlumberPod Fan sold “as-is,” “returned,” “previously owned,” or any similar wording indicating that the SlumberPod Fan is not “new” or of “standard quality,” or has been previously purchased or used by another owner
  • Any damages due to: improper use/and or use of SlumberPod Fan as described above, use with other cords or electric plugs, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, travel damage, external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other reasons beyond our control
  • Failures caused by any external cause or act of God, including but not limited to, collision, theft, vandalism, riot, war, fire, freezing, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, debris flow, tornado, or hurricane
  • Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defective part(s)
