How SlumberLab Works
1. Apply
Tell us a little about yourself, your family, and your experience with children's sleep and travel products.
2. Get Matched
Different products need different testers. If your family or expertise is a good fit for an upcoming test, we'll reach out with more information.
3. Test It
Depending on the project, you may receive a product, prototype, concept, survey, or other materials to evaluate.
4. Tell Us Everything
The good. The not-so-good. The "have you thought about doing it this way?"
We'll ask for thoughtful, honest feedback so we can make the product better before it reaches other families.

You don't have to be a product expert to have an opinion that matters. We're looking for a diverse group of:
Real Families
Parents and caregivers with babies, toddlers, and young children.
Traveling Families
Families who regularly navigate hotels, vacations, room sharing, and sleep away from home.
Sleep Experts
Pediatric sleep consultants, sleep coaches, and relevant child-development professionals.
Fresh Perspectives
Both longtime SlumberPod families and people completely new to our products.

Being part of SlumberLab means you may get a peek at products, prototypes, colors, designs, or ideas before anyone else does.
Pretty cool, right?
It also means confidentiality is a must. If you're selected for a confidential test, we'll ask you to keep everything you see and receive private until we give you the green light to share.
Early access comes with a little secrecy.

Joining SlumberLab doesn't guarantee that you'll be selected for a product test. We'll reach out when we have an opportunity that matches your household, experience, or expertise.
SlumberLab is currently open to U.S. residents age 18+ only. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
No. Applying adds you to our SlumberLab testing community. Our team will select participants based on the needs of each individual product test, so you may not be selected for every opportunity.
Nope! We need perspectives from both existing SlumberPod customers and families who are completely new to our products.
Not necessarily. In addition to parents and caregivers, we're interested in hearing from qualified professionals with relevant experience in children's sleep, development, travel, and related areas.
SlumberLab is an unpaid product testing program. If you're selected for a test, we'll let you know exactly what participation involves before you agree to take part.
Not unless we tell you that you can. Many SlumberLab tests involve products, designs, or ideas that haven't been announced publicly. Participants must agree to keep confidential information private.
It depends on the product. You may be asked to complete surveys, answer specific questions, share photos or videos privately with our team, participate in a short interview, or tell us about your overall experience using the product.
If you're a good match for an upcoming testing opportunity, the SlumberPod team will contact you directly using the email address provided in your application.
At this time, SlumberLab testing opportunities are available to U.S. residents only.
It depends on the testing opportunity. We'll let you know whether a product needs to be returned, can be kept, or has any other testing requirements before you agree to participate.
There's no set schedule. We'll only reach out when we have a testing opportunity that appears to be a good fit for you or your family.
